Agreement
By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Services are provided by Learn With Prasad Academy (Prasad Pkd Official), Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
Services
We provide digital marketing training, Meta advertising consultation and management, WhatsApp Business API setup and support, and course creation support. Specific scope, fees and timelines are agreed in writing before work starts.
No guarantee of results
Advertising and marketing results depend on your offer, market, budget, competition and factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, revenue, rankings, ad account reinstatement, green tick approval or message template approval. Any figures discussed are illustrative, not promises.
Third-party platforms
Our services involve platforms we do not control, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), WATI, payment gateways and hosting providers. Their decisions — including account restrictions, policy changes, pricing changes and service interruptions — are outside our control. You remain bound by those platforms' own terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and documents where verification is required.
- Hold the necessary rights to any content, images and claims you ask us to use.
- Ensure your business, offers and advertising comply with applicable Indian law.
- Maintain your own account credentials and access.
Account ownership
Your Meta Business Manager, ad account, pixel, page, WhatsApp number and associated data remain yours. We work through delegated access, which you can remove at any time.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before work begins and are payable as agreed. Advertising spend is separate from any management or consultation fee and is paid by you directly to the platform. Third-party subscriptions such as WATI are billed by that provider.
Intellectual property
Course material, recordings, templates and written frameworks provided to you are licensed for your own use. They may not be resold, redistributed, republished or used to run a competing training programme.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
