How this started

In 2018 I started selling online. Like most people here, I learned Facebook ads from English YouTube videos made for American businesses, and I copied what they did. It worked for a while. Then an account got restricted with a message that explained nothing, and the money I had put into building that audience went with it.

The frustrating part was not the ban. It was that nobody could tell me why. The agencies I asked either did not know or would not say. There was no Malayalam material anywhere that explained Meta's actual advertising policies — what triggers a review, what an unverified business looks like to Meta's systems, why certain landing pages get an account flagged before a single ad runs.

So I went and read the policy documentation properly, tested things across dozens of accounts, and started writing down what actually caused problems. That became the training.

What I do now

Three things, in order of how often people ask for them:

• Teach. A structured Meta ads course in Malayalam, plus one-off and ongoing consultation for owners who want to run their own campaigns properly.
• Set up WhatsApp. As a certified WATI partner I handle official WhatsApp Business API applications, chatbot flows, template approvals and CRM connections.
• Manage campaigns. For businesses that would rather not learn it, my team runs the ads — with the account structured so it stays healthy.

How I work

A few things are non-negotiable, because they are the difference between a business that grows on Meta and one that keeps rebuilding from zero:

1. Verification before spend. Business verification, a proper domain, a business email and correct page roles get set up first. Skipping this is the single most common reason Kerala businesses lose accounts.
2. Policy read before creative written. Health, finance, education and employment ads all have specific restrictions. I check the category rules before anyone writes a headline.
3. Everything explained in Malayalam. The ads manager stays in English so you learn the real terminology, but every explanation happens in the language you think in.
4. You keep ownership. Your Business Manager, your pixel, your WhatsApp number, your data. If we stop working together you lose nothing.

Credentials

Six verified certifications, all viewable in full on the certificates page: Meta Facebook marketing, Meta Instagram marketing, Meta WhatsApp marketing, WATI WhatsApp automation expert, SEO, and Google digital growth.

Certifications matter less than results, but they do mean the policy knowledge comes from the source rather than from a forum thread.

Where I work from

Kozhikode — Calicut — in Kerala. Training and consultation run online across all Kerala districts and India, and in person around Kozhikode, Malappuram and Kannur when a project calls for it. Working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday to Sunday 14:00–17:00 IST.
